We often forget to "Stop and smell the roses", but these beautiful sights in nature are gifts from God. Make sure to slow down and take notice.
Ratzinger
This is our dog Ratzinger. Named after Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, now Pope Benedict the XVI, for his noble German background. The Great Dane also originates from Germany. He is known as the German Mastiff in Europe. People get a big kick out of our Ratzinger, probably because he is so big. We call him Big Galoot! He is quite a noble beast, wouldn't you say?
My family and I are Traditional Catholics who go to the Tridentine Latin Mass every Sunday morning. I homeschool our 11 year old daughter (brought into the marriage), while my husband drives for UPS. My husband and I have been married for about 3 years and are hoping to have more children to raise in the faith. We have 5 animals, 1 dog and 4 cats. The dog is a Great Dane named Ratzinger. He along with the rest of my animals, family, and friends have been the subjects for my photography hobbie. I also like to knit, and enjoy a cup of tea with a good friend.
